Inheritance Tax (IHT)

Inheritance Tax is payable on the value of your estate (the sum of all your assets less all your liabilities) on your death. You don’t pay the tax, your beneficiaries (the people named in your will) do in order to receive the money or assets you have left.

TAX TREATMENT IS BASED ON INDIVIDUAL CIRCUMSTANCES AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE IN THE FUTURE.

THE FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY DOES NOT REGULATE INHERITANCE TAX PLANNING.
